LAST WEEK of CLASSES

Well we are progressing. We had to redo the design I think we finally got the “tackiness” that everyone wanted but in a controlled manner. So now we are just taking the content from our first design and moving it into the other design. And then we moved it into Dreamweaver. Can’t wait until this is over!

We are going to present our few pages to the “clients” today kind of nervous but really just want to move forward with the project. I am excited to see what it will look like when we get done. So far we have all been equally sharing ideas and working on the project so that has worked our pretty well. Other than that I guess we are just going to keep on going we are kind a head of everyone for once so that is nice too.

3 weeks and counting….

Well Marty, Alison and I have pretty done everything up until client presentations because mounting which we will do on Weds. We have created a pretty cool website so far and had fun doing it actually. Tha Watch is an amazing product we created has everything from a laser to a tip calculator….I know awesome. But we are pretty much pushing ahead, we are two class periods in front of everybody.

4 weeks left

Well I am finally going to finish up my project two which is due Weds. But today we are handing in our Process books and picking our groups for the last group project. Other than that I think I will be finally caught up this week with Web Design.

5 weeks and counting

Well we are still working on the project two I am no where near where I should be so I am very nervous because my first idea was shot down so I had to start over. But I will have to quickly put something together for the critique on WEDS! Ah that is not good. I am going to get back to work.

Easter Weekend

Well I am still chugging along with my Auschwitz project. I have changed it to the outline of the whole camp with pin points that you can click on to see the pictures I have taken when I was there. Considering I have had hives all week I haven’t had much time to do much trying to take care of the situation but I will be doing some over the weekend!

Unfortunately the week after spring break

Well I am back on the grind of course…Wonderful class has begun…I finished the site map already for my Auschwitz project. But now I have to do my wire frames can’t wait. Then I plan on choosing which photos I will actually be using for the project. Also I decided to take photos of my cork board to bring into photoshop so that it is more authentic looking than just creating a look alike. Hopefully  I will get a serious jump on this project. Wish me luck.

being a good student

Thought I would be a good student and keep up with my blog over break. I am pretty much done with my site map it was very basic, still have to do my wire frame. I tweeked my idea I now think I want to do a cork board looking page where the pictures from my trip are “pinned” to the board. Then you click on them to read what it is or something about that day or whatever. I still need to work out a few kinks.

The week before Spring Break

So this week we are looking at thumbnails on Monday to discuss our ideas for Project 2. Weds. we are handing in our Project 2 written content for the subjects we pick. I have decided that I want to recap my visit to Auschwitz in Poland. I thought it would be a good subject for the Project 2 “story telling” website. I kind of went with a journal looking website to go step by step through the adventure at Auschwitz. I always found all my pictures so that I can literally incorporate the photos that I personally took there as opposed to stock photos. I have to say the trip was very depressing but interesting non the less. I definitely feel more interested in this project than project 1.
